When I started working with Flye Fit, it was in the process of getting funding for its low-cost gym venture. Its web presence was a fundamental part of its (now successful, with four gyms) business model. I designed the brand, website and payment flow that integrated with its onsite access system.
The sign-up flow was the most important and complex part of the project. We had to ensure integration with various external systems, adhere to legal checks, and make it easy for the user to complete sign-up. I created flow diagrams for internal and external use to ensure that every possible scenario was considered.
We created wireframes to expand the system and test the user flows.
